Preamble Aims to Open The Pilot Program In 2026 and Has Budgeted Space to Serve At Least 5 Clients During 2026. for Clients Admitted to The Program, Preamble Will Facilitate Their Transition Into Stable Housing, Including Covering Costs of Relocation, Furnishing, and Early Rental Payments While The Individuals Become Established Enough to Financially Self-support. All Research Time to Create This Program and to Create Relationships With Necessary Partner Organizations Was Donated By Preambles Executive Director Becca Green and President, Isaac Green.
