What they do
In Partnership With The 5th-grade Team At Washington Elementary, Playbook for Progress Led An Interactive Goal-setting Workshop Called "My Vision, My Future." During This Event, Students Created Personal Vision Boards Using Magazines, Art Supplies, and Guided Reflection Questions. Volunteers From Our Team, Including College Athletes and Mentors, Helped Students Articulate Their Dreams, Set Personal and Academic Goals, and Understand The Value of Planning for Their Futures. The Session Encouraged Self-expression and Long-term Thinking, and Over 50 Students Completed Vision Boards That They Took Home to Continue Reflecting On Their Aspirations.
