ESTABLISH A MUSICIANS REGISTRY for PEOPLE to LOCATE MUSICIANS for HIRE for WEDDINGS and EVENTS. VOLUNTEERS DO THE WORK EXCEPT WHEN WE HAVE to HIRE PROFESSIONALS to PRODUCESHOW.
