What they do

The Organization Provides College and Career Readiness Services, Mentoring, and Educational Support to Underserved Students to Promote Successful Transition to Postsecondary Education and Employment. Services Include Individualized Coaching, Workshops, Academic Guidance, Exposure to Career Pathways, and Assistance With College Applications, Financial Aid, Scholarship Processes, and Evaluation of Financial Aid Award Packages to Support Informed Enrollment Decisions. The Organization Primarily Serves Students Facing Significant Socioeconomic Barriers, Including Foster Youth, Homeless Students (McKinney-Vento), Students With Disabilities, and Low-income Families. Programs Are Delivered Through Partnerships With Schools, Community Organizations, Public Agencies, and Referrals, As Well As Through One-on-one Support. These Activities Advance The Organizations Mission of Improving Educational Equity, Reducing Poverty, Promoting Economic Mobility, and Supporting Long-term Self-sufficiency for
