Brenda Burleson Lynch-Fleming, The Founder/Director. Was Not Allowed to Proceed With EMPOWER (the Foster Care Agency That Serves Dallas; So, The Organization Moved Operations to Ft. Worth. After Moving There, The Ft. Worth Agency, OCOK (Our Community, Our Kids) Required Observations for SIL (Supervised Independent Living) Homes Along With Several Meetings of The OCOK Administration and Management. They Determined That REECH Would Be Better Fitted to Open A Regular Foster Care Home But Serve 14-18 Year Olds. So, Security Clearance and CPR Certifications Were Completed, As Required for The Director, House Manager, and Frequent Visitors for The Home. After The Training, The Homeowner (landlord) and The Placement Director Had A Disagreement and Neither Wanted to Work With The Other -- Which Left REECH Stuck In The Middle. Therefore, The REECH Director Began Proceedings to Buy The House From The Landlord But Could Not Begin Serving TAYA During 2025!!
