What they do
The Dharma Institute is A Group of Dharma Practitioners Gathered to Learn, Practice Buddhism Since December of 2011. We Have Used Our Own Resources to Provide The Location for Retreats, Donation for The Activities When Needed. On August 2024 We Received The Donation Land to Build A Permanent Buddhist Center for Same Purposes. Then We Established The Non-profit Organization TDI. Our Goal to Develop The Land and Buil A Center In A Near Future. It Will Serve The Activities Such As Teaching, Learning, Retreat Planning and Community Outreach. So Far We Are Able to Put On A Gate On The Land, Built A Road to The Land and Put 20 Trucks of Gravel to Even The Land. The Dharma Institute Will Use The Land and Facilities for Buddhist Retreat Programs and Conducted Outreach to Engage Local Practitioners and Volunteers. These Efforts Included Creating Program Materials, Building Partnerships With Buddhist Teachers, and Organizing Future Retreats to Be Hosted Once The Temple Opens. Number of Persons B
