Details on what is needed:

Currently, we are seeking funding for our High School Scholarship Program. In January, we welcomed a cohort of 15 High School Scholars (Class of 2027) attending local bilingual schools in Honduras. The requested funding will be allocated toward the supplemental support that Just One’s High School Scholarship Program provides. For context, education is not free in Honduras ($250-$350/month depending on the school). Our Scholarship Programs are designed to not only address the cost barrier but to offer comprehensive support in equally valuable areas of scholars' lives. In addition to covering tuition costs, we provide our scholars with subject-specific tutoring, professional counseling services, after-school programs, career training seminars, job placement assistance, medical and dental insurance, family financial planning, marital counseling for parents, and more. These aforementioned supports equip scholars with the tools and resources necessary to graduate high school prepared for the future. At the moment, 85 students (and their families) are supported by Just One’s scholarship programs, and that number is growing each year. With this model in place, we are raising the next generation of leaders in Honduras.
