Details on what is needed:Bright Lights Big Dreams is Lad Lake’s signature fundraising event held each October an evening that brings together community leaders, donors, and champions who believe in the potential of youth and families across Wisconsin. Volunteers play a vital role in making this night both welcoming and impactful. We are seeking engaged, dependable volunteers to assist with guest registration, silent auction support, and event flow. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, creating a warm first impression, and supporting a mission they care deeply about. As a volunteer, you’ll help ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and excited from check-in to bidding while supporting an event that directly funds trauma-informed mental health services, education, and healing programs for youth. This opportunity is especially meaningful for those who have the capacity to give financially and want to extend their impact through service by showing up, being present, and helping create an evening that inspires generosity and hope. Volunteer roles may include: Greeting guests and assisting with registration Supporting the silent auction and answering guest questions Helping with event logistics and guest experience Your time helps create an unforgettable evening and ensures that every dollar raised can go further in supporting youth on their path toward healing and possibility.
