THE FESTIVAL EXPLORES ISSUES AT THE INTERSECTION of CONSERVATION, OUTDOOR RECREATION, and CULTURAL RELEVANCY. THE SECOND is THE EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM TRAINS A CULTURALLY DIVERSE GROUP of YOUNG OUTDOOR RECREATIONALISTS to LEAD THE CONSERVATION CONVERSATION.
