What they do
In 2023, Sankofatech Successfully Empowered 19 Low-income Black College Students Pursuing Computer Science Careers Through Mentorship, Skills Development Programs, and Approximately $10,000 In Scholarships. We Further Supported Student Development By Sponsoring 5 Scholars to Attend A Technology Conference. These Efforts Resulted In A 90% Program Satisfaction Rate, An 88% Internship Placement Rate, and Our Entire First Cohort Remaining On Track to Graduate In 2024. Building On This Success, We Plan to Expand Our Cohort to At Least 25 Students In 2024. These Achievements Demonstrate Sankofatechs Commitment to Fostering Promising Talent and Diversifying The Technology Workforce.
