THE INCREASE IN RESIDENTIAL RETREATS HAS SUPPORTED A STEADY, BUT SLOW, FINANCIAL RECOVERY FROM COVID RELATED IMPACTS and ARE STARTING to REINITIATE SOME PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS and DEFERRED MAINTENANCE.
