WE BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE HAS THE POWER to BE BETTER THAN THE CIRCUMSTANCES THEY WERE BORN INTO. OUR MAIN PROGRAMS ARE 1) SPARKS to HELP FOSTER YOUTH DEVELOP FOUNDATIONAL LIFE and PROFESSIONAL SKILLS NECESSARY for ADULTHOOD; 2) SPARKS of LOVE to CELEBRATE THE MILESTONES IN THE LIVES of FOSTER YOUTH SO THEY KNOW THAT THEY BELONG, THEY MATTER, and THEY ARE NOT ALONE.
