The Corporation is Organized and Shall Be Operated Exclusively for Charitable Purposes As Defined By Section 501c3 of The Internal Revenue Code of 1986 As Amended or The Corresponding Provisions of Any Future Federal Tax Code The Code. Within The Foregoing Limits The Corporation Shall Have The Specific Purpose to Support Art Artists Individuals Groups Culture and Philosophy In A Way That Builds Lasting Community and Engages Individuals and Groups to Create Share and Build Ad-hoc Communities Within A Nonpartisan Inviting Environment for Everyone. Everywhen Project Will Educate and Support Aspiring and Established Artists Makers and Dreamers By Connecting Them With Project Support Funding and Guidance. Everywhen Project Will Engage With The Public Private Entities Local Organizations Government Agencies and Businesses In The Effort to Build and Enrich Cooperative Creative Spaces.
